Char’s Cookin’: Summer Salad Lovin’ Dressing for Mescaline or Spring Mix

1 c. strawberries, hulled & sliced
1 T balsamic vinegar (Go expensive on this one.  Try Ariston for example.)
3/4 t. freshly ground pepper
1/2 t. sugar (To taste.  Raw sugar preferred.)
1/4 t. salt (Sometimes you must.)
2 T canola oil (Bland enough not to add a flavor.)


Place strawberries, vinegar, pepper, sugar, and salt in blender or food processor. Process until pureed, stopping once or twice to scrape sides. Add oil and process until smooth.
