Came across some interesting photos on www.msnbc.com in the Clicked! blog. I find a lot of my unusual [Hey that’s interesting] stuff there. This last week the author references a new book by Dr Gary Greenberg and something we usually overlook.
It assumes that like snow flakes no two are the same and delves into the world of macro photography to take on this assumed premise. As one of the chapter titles state, these photographs truly erase the lines between art and science.
Now if I could only get my mind to wrap around disambiguation (chaos theory, fractals) I’d be okay. Every answer in advanced math class was "Cool" or "Pretty" when I was asked to explain a fractal geometric problem, and every answer was, "Yes, it is, but wrong."
